Making a contract with us
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that your order has been accepted and a contract is made between us, subject to confirmation of payment and in accordance with our terms and conditions. We will not take payment from you until your order is accepted. In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.

Delivery & shipping
All our products prices include FREE delivery within the UK and throughout the EU. Goods are usually dispatched next working day, provided they are in stock. Goods going to UK addresses normally arrive 1-3 days after dispatch. European addresses outwith UK can take up to 21 days but typically less than 10 days. Depending on the size and order value, this will be either by courier or postal service. Premium services are available. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly. If you do not receive your goods within one week after placing your order, please contact us on the number above.

There will be a delivery charge of £10.00 on orders to European countries outside the EU. For orders to addresses outside of Europe, there will be a standard charge of £25.00.

Cancellation and returns

Only items purchased on the Progurt website can be returned to progurt.co.uk for refund or exchange. Items purchased in a retail health store, health practitioner or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.


You can cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please telephone, e-mail or write to us. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer customers in the future. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense and in original packaging to protect against damage. We will refund the value of products and the outbound delivery cost. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.  Any refunds will be processed within 7 days of us receiving the product back.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights.


Faulty goods
In the unlikely event of there being a problem with the goods, please contact us immediately and we will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.

Privacy
We respect our clients’ privacy and never sell your personal details to third parties. However, we have to share your details with respected companies for the purpose of processing your order alongside carefully chosen digital service providers. Examples of such are digital management or courier companies and payment processors.

Changes to these terms
These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders.
